Pay at the Town Office
All water bills may be paid in person at the Norway Town Office using cash, checks, or money orders. After hours, payments may be made at the drop box. The Norway Water District also accepts payments for the Oxford Water District with cash, checks, and money orders only.

You can pay for your Norway Water District water bill online via the Heartland Payment Services, HPS Portal.

The Norway Water District has received our bacteria samples back from A&L labs. The samples came back with no bacteria.The boil order is lifted. Norway customers can now drink water safety.
